As passionate eSurfers ourselves, we strive to help our customers with all the questions we once had, too:
• Want to test an eSurfboard before making an investment? No problem! We offer our boards for rental over extended periods. Take one with you on vacation and decide afterward if it’s the right fit for you.
• Flying on vacation with your board? We’ve got you covered! Transporting batteries (hazardous goods) can be tricky, so we’ve built a vast global battery network. This allows us to provide on-site battery services in nearly every vacation destination, saving you the hassle of traveling with your own battery.
• Technical issues at home or while on vacation? No worries! Thanks to our Europe-wide support network, we’ll have you back on the water with your board within 48 hours. If repairs take longer, we’ll provide you with eFoils, batteries, controllers, and more from our stock, so you can keep riding while your equipment is being repaired.
• Where can you test the boards? No matter where you are in Europe, we’ve got the perfect testing location for you. Whether in Germany or elsewhere in Europe, our extensive international partner network ensures you can test our eSurfboards wherever it’s most convenient for you.
